CALL FOR REPRESENTATIVES
The role of the Members’ Forum is to represent all the members of Swim England East Region, rather than the members of their own club, or county.
Members of the Members’ Forum must be current members of a Swim England East Region club.
The Members’ Forum is a key part of the Governance of the Company (Swim England East Region), and as such Members should attend the Annual General Meeting, to vote on key issues and to hold the Directors to account.
The Members’ Forum is also responsible for electing the Directors, the President Elect (who will become President in the following year), Managers and Officers.
