Swim England Cambridgeshire County is committed to investing in the next generation of coaches across all aquatic disciplines. The Future Coaches Fund provides financial support for coaching qualifications and other approved development opportunities.
Funding is limited, with successful applicants able to receive up to 80% reimbursement of approved coaching course and related development costs. Applications will be assessed on commitment, development potential, and the positive impact the funding will have on both the coach and their club. Successful applicants will also be expected to support the County Development Camp programme, providing valuable coaching experience while giving back to the county.
