Have a go at Water Polo?
We are offering swimmers an opportunity to have a water polo taster session. Strong swimming is fundamental for water polo and playing can be mutually beneficial for swimming and swimming clubs – maintaining interest and increasing motivation. Water Polo is a sociable team sport and a great sport to pick-up at university or later in life.
Led by a water polo coach with decades of experience, the session will be a one-hour introduction to this fast and exciting sport and include: how to swim with the ball, treading water (eggbeater kick), throwing (passing and shooting) and match play.
